We will help you make informed decisions by providing you with excellent clinical assistance and a thorough education on sleep apnoea and CPAP therapy. This is possible thanks to our Care team and countrywide Nursing and field based teams.

We also work closely with your Sleep centre to keep them posted on your progress and in assisting them with therapy downloads through your therapy journey.

Our Care team schedule regular appointments with you to help with your CPAP therapy adherence and we are always here to support you. We arrange a proactive follow-up based on text messaging, calls, virtual video calls, home visits. We allow you the opportunity to select the appointment times that suit you best. We have a large team based all over the country to support you wherever you are. We have a 24/7 Support Service 1800 24 02 02 in the event of any device difficulties or issue with consumables.

Our Explor laboratory, tests all device models, masks and consumables independently to ensure they meeting Air Liquide Group quality standards.

We have agreements with many CPAP device manufacturer's, which means we can provide you with the latest innovations and the best device with comfort features and consumable selection for all your therapy needs.

We also service and maintain your equipment following manufacturer guidance and recommendations. Our team will service your equipment on an annual basis and replenish any consumables, mask fit or provide re-education based on your individual situation.
