Northern Ireland/NHS Philips Device Update Air Liquide Healthcare has been made aware of a Field Safety Notice (FSN) by the manufacturer Philips relating to ventilation devices - please see below:

The Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) in Northern Ireland, is monitoring this situation and working closely with the NHS. Please find links to additional information and guidance published by the MHRA.

Patient Safety Alert/NatPSA

Based on current information supplied by the MHRA, the guidance recommends that all patients continue to use their device as prescribed until a replacement device is supplied or the device repaired. You should receive a communication in due course from your prescribing centre.
